Juan “John” first discovered his passion for construction in his early years in New Jersey, just outside New York City. Every summer, he worked alongside his father, a foreman for a leading Tri-state construction company. These formative years not only deepened his understanding of the trade but also instilled a lifelong love for the craft of building and infrastructure.

By 20, Juan’s dedication and talent led him to become a Journeyman with Local 472. Over the next 30 years, he climbed the ranks to become a lead and later a foreman, overseeing multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects across New Jersey, Philadelphia, and New York City. His leadership on high-profile projects with some of the nation’s largest construction firms solidified his reputation as a meticulous, trusted professional known for delivering results.

Recognizing the opportunity to apply his extensive experience in a new way, Juan transitioned from large-scale construction to home inspection. With a deep well of construction knowledge, he became a licensed home inspector in both New Jersey and Florida, helping homeowners protect their investments with comprehensive and reliable assessments.

Recently, Juan and his wife, Christina, embraced a new chapter as empty nesters. Fulfilling a long-held dream of coastal living, they settled in beautiful Palm Coast, Florida. Here, Juan founded Pointer Home Inspections, where he continues to bring his unparalleled construction expertise and dedication to serving homeowners in the community.
